    • TECH DIAGNOSE- SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER IS STUCK, CRANKCASE VENT VALVE IS GETTING STUCK CAUSING ROUGH START UP, UPPER TIMING COVER IS LEAKING. TECH REC: 1. VALVE COVER NEEDS TO BE REPLACE. ( CRANKCASE BUILT IN) 2. UPPER TIMING COVER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED 3 SEAT BELT NEEDS TO BE REPLACE.

    • TECH DIAGNOSE- FOUND THE TIMING BELT IS BROKEN TECH REC- TO REPLACE TIMING BELT TENSIONER WITH WATER PUMP. ADVICE CUSTOMER THAT VALVE MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGE WHEN THE TIMING BELT BROKE OFF. THERE IS NO WAY TO KNOW IF INTERNAL DAMAGES WERE CAUSE UNTIL THE BELT IS REPLACE. IF VALVES ARE BENT ADDITIONAL REPAIRS ARE NEEDED AT ADDITIONAL COST POST REPAIRS: TECH DROVE THE VEHICLE AND COULD NOT FIND ANY ISSUES AT THIS TIME. ADVISE CUSTOMER THERE STILL MAY BE INTERNAL ISSUE WHICH MAY APPEAR IN THE FUTURE.
